You may register here for the 2014 AIH conference using your credit card or PayPal account. Although we use PayPal for secure checkout, you do not need a PayPal account to register.

Because we require licensure information from each attendee, only one person may register at a time. Use the form above to select your status and then click the "Register Now" button. Enter your contact information on the next screen and then you will have a chance to review your order before typing your credit card information into PayPal.
If you do not wish to register online, you may pay by check via postal mail. Please download and print this registration form, and send it with your check to: American Institute of Homeopathy c/o Marty Gerace, 7206 Penarth Avenue, Upper Darby, PA 19082. You may use the same form to fax us your credit card payment (fax to 504-838-9806).

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (to original form of payment) minus $50 processing fee if requested by January 7, 2014. No refunds after January 7. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

We do not resell your information or provide it to third parties except as necessary to process your payment or upon receipt of a court order.
