Herman Jeggels, MD (VU Amsterdam), MRCP (UK), FBIH (Hon), DHM (Hon), is a former consultant physician, who was put off by homeopathy during his 4th year medical course in 1984. He passed the postgraduate RCPs exam in 1992. He returned to homeopathy due to seeing regular medicine’s therapeutic shortcomings in the UK during 1991. He has employed homeopathic therapeutics for the past 33 years, with a special interest in cardiology.
He presents the management of a few cardiac pathologies based on a few aphorisms and their footnotes. Thus footnote 1 of §1, then §6-7 in conjunction with §154-155. Subsequently, he briefly discusses the diagnosis of a disease/deviations in §72-104, the knowledge of the tools to cure in §105-145, and finally, the judicious employment of remedies §146-285.
He presents the importance of physical signs in the evaluation of pulmonary arterial hypertension and presents some cases of 3rd degree heart block, and left bundle branch block.
