Webinar: Reducing Chronic Illness: An Evidence-Based Homœoprophylaxis Solution

by Dr Isaac Golden

Ph.D., D.Hom., N.D., B.Ec. (Hons)
Deputy Chair and Research Member, Human Research Ethics Committee
National Institute of Integrative Medicine, Melbourne, Australia

Date: November 14, 2026

Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Chronic physical and mental health conditions place a substantial burden on individuals, communities, and healthcare systems. As interest in prevention grows, what role does Dr Isaac Golden propose for homeopathy?

Join Dr Golden for an upcoming webinar exploring his research and perspectives on homeoprophylaxis—the use of homeopathic preparations with the aim of preventing specific infectious diseases. Drawing on homeopathy’s constitutional, miasmic, and symptom-based approaches, he will discuss the relationship between treatment and prevention, including Samuel Hahnemann’s emphasis on prevention.

Dr Golden will present evidence he interprets as supporting homeoprophylaxis and explore his hypothesis that its broader adoption could reduce both targeted infectious diseases and the long-term incidence of chronic illness. He will also discuss the implications of his findings for public-health policy and the governmental barriers he believes limit its use.

About the presenter

Dr Isaac Golden has practised homeopathy since 1984 and taught since 1988. He founded the Australasian College of Hahnemannian Homoeopathy in 1990 and serves as its director. An author of eleven books on homeopathy and a contributor to Australian and international academic journals, he has lectured in twelve countries.

His research has focused on homeoprophylaxis, including doctoral research at an Australian university. He continues to participate in research projects in Australia and overseas and has worked extensively with children whose health concerns have been attributed to vaccination.

Dr Golden served as an Honorary Research Fellow in the Faculty of Science at Federation University Australia from 2013 to 2016. He is currently Deputy Chair and Research Member of the National Institute of Integrative Medicine’s Human Research Ethics Committee, a research consultant, and the Australian contact person for Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis.
