Acne is a common inflammatory disorder affecting the pilosebaceous follicle (hair follicle and accompanying sebaceous gland). It significantly affects the quality of life of patients. It is associated with a number of comorbidities including anxiety and depression. Therapy of acne is important, because it may contribute to prevention of complications and improve the patient’s quality of life. I will share some of my experience treating patients with acne homeopathically using a case-based approach.
